In this particular math lesson, pupils learnt how to tabulate data and plot bar graphs. Pupils were exposed to cooperative learning whereby they learnt how to depend on each other to achieve a common goal. This is an effective strategy to encourage pupil-directed learning and also to improve class camaderie. Here are some snapshots taken during the lesson.

Once pupils had grasped the basic concept, it was time to get into their groups. Each group was given a task to conduct an investigation on a particular interest. They had to go round collating data and tabulate them into a table.
From the data that they had tabulated, they then had to plot bar graph and analyze the results.
